Quick answer

The Final Girl Series 3 Accessories Box provides storage, a game mat, dice, and markers; the Miniatures Set adds 3D figures; the Gruesome Deaths Books narrate each victim's fate. Pick based on whether you value convenience, visual immersion, or story depth.

What each accessory does differently

The Accessories Box is the only add-on that upgrades your play area with a supplemental game mat, tear dice, and a dedicated storage box. It doesn't change the rules or add new narrative content—it simply makes setup, cleanup, and dice rolling smoother.

The Miniatures Set replaces the standees that come with Series 3 Feature Films. If you prefer painted plastic figures over cardboard tokens, this is the upgrade. It includes miniatures for both Final Girls and Killers from multiple Series 3 films.

The Gruesome Deaths Books add no gameplay components. They are five booklets that describe, in narrative form, how each victim dies in the various Series 3 scenarios. They are purely for flavor and backstory.

Compatibility and prerequisites

All three accessories require the Final Girl core box and a Series 3 Feature Film (sold separately) to play. They are not standalone products. The Miniatures Set and Gruesome Deaths Books also require the specific Feature Film that matches the killer and location shown on the box.

If you own only one Series 3 Feature Film, the Miniatures Set gives you figures for that film plus others you may not own yet. The Gruesome Deaths Books cover all Series 3 combinations, so they are still readable even if you lack some films.

Which add-on should you pick?

Buy the Accessories Box if: You want a dedicated storage solution, a larger playmat, and tactile dice/markers that make your sessions feel more polished. It's the best all-in-one convenience upgrade. This is the only add-on that improves physical setup and organization.
Buy the Miniatures Set if: You prefer 3D miniatures over standees and own (or plan to own) multiple Series 3 Feature Films. The set covers several films, so it's cost-effective if you have at least two. Check which films are included before buying—you may need extra films to use all figures.
Buy the Gruesome Deaths Books if: You value narrative immersion and want to read the backstory of each victim's death. They add zero gameplay components, so skip if you only care about mechanics. Consider buying after you have played a few Series 3 films and want to deepen the story.
