Welcome to The Elder Scrolls: Betrayal of the Second Era, a cooperative adventure game for 1-4 players.

Embark on a campaign as agents from one of Tamriel’s many guilds. Throughout three connected sessions, players will complete quests while journeying, battling, and delving in the diverse provinces of a continent in conflict. As players progress, they will develop and advance their chosen adventurer by spending experience points. The direction (and potential) of their character is entirely up to them, but regardless of how the adventuring party prepares, an intense endgame session awaits them!

The Elder Scrolls: Betrayal of the Second Era is a strategy game of combat and character-building. Fans of the beloved world of The Elder Scrolls franchise can experience a multifaceted tabletop adventure unlike anything they’ve seen before, and fans of Chip Theory Games can sit down to enjoy years of gameplay design culminating in this rich, world-spanning campaign. The Second Era of Tamriel beckons!

Answer the adventuring call as you confront unfinished quests and looming threats across Tamriel’s provinces. Master distinct combat paths such as Dual Wield and Storm Calling, adapt to dangerous encounters, and draw upon the unique strengths of Tamriel’s many races as you prepare to face Deslandra and other rising dangers of the Second Era.

Choose from specialized classes that shape how you approach battle. Witchhunters excel at targeting specific enemies, using magic and ranged attacks to gain powerful advantages, while making liberal use of potions to stay alive. Warriors thrive on versatility, wielding a wide array of abilities and shifting between battle forms to meet any challenge head-on.

Dual Wield emphasizes speed and aggressive damage, allowing skilled adventurers to strike with multiple weapons in a single engagement. Storm Calling channels the power of the elements to enhance stamina-based attacks, rewarding those who blend battle forms and adapt to the flow of combat.
