The Sheep is a comedy-horror game where sheep have pushed humanity to brink of extinction. The Shepherds were founded to face this threat.

The Sheep is a cooperative comedy-horror game for 2-4 players. Each player takes on the role of a Shepherd; mercenaries hired to protect caravans as they travel across the wilderness. Throughout the game, Shepherds will purchase new equipment, level up their character, and gain powerful curses to keep the hordes of mutant sheep at bay. If all caravans make it to the next town, the players win the game!

A Bleating Nightmare

During the Day, the sheep are normal and friendly. At Night, they transform into bloodthirsty monsters. Each night spawns a new terror the Shepherds must face.

Unique Shepherds

Choose from 6 unique Shepherds to match your playstyle. Each character has multiple options for advancement, providing a different gaming experience each playthrough.

Cooperative Gameplay

The horde is coming, and only a united team of Shepherds can withstand their fury. Players must work together to protect the caravans from the nightly threat.

High Replayability

Each trek across the wilderness is different from the last. With random Events, Sheep Mutations, and Curses, players will have to stay vigilant at all times.

Horror-Comedy Theme

The best sheep puns our team could put together. What more could you ask for?

Begin the Day

Each Day, Caravans will move forward towards the second town, and players will move their Shepherds to best defend them.

Train Your Shepherd

Use the safety of daylight to make your Shepherd stronger. Players can gain experience and buy powerful equipment to prepare for the nightly onslaught.

Begin the Night

Draw a Night Event and increase the Pollution Meter. If players cannot spend enough lanterns, a permanent Pollution effect is added for the rest of the game.

Mutate and Spawn Sheep

All Sheep then mutate into one of many terrifying monsters, each with its own weakness, immunity, and ability. Then the Sheep spawn and move towards the closest caravan.

Begin the Slaughter

Use your equipment, traits, and curses to stop the Sheep before they can reach the caravans. If any Sheep are still remaining after the Shepherds attack, they will corrupt the Caravans and/or Shepherds in their space.

Begin the Next Day

Players then refresh all of their resources and begin the next day. Play continues until all Caravans have safely made it to the next town or until any Caravan is destroyed.

Work together with your fellow Shepherds to protect Caravans as they travel through the wilderness. Each Day is preparation for the unknown threat that will come at Night.

Simultaneous turn-based gameplay that features random events, individual character mats, and gear upgrades.
