在《Welcome To...》中，你將扮演一名建築師，在 1950 年代的美國，透過添加資源、僱用員工等方式，打造最好的新城鎮。

《Welcome To...》的玩法類似於「擲筆畫」骰子遊戲，你在計分表上標記結果……但沒有骰子。相反，你從三疊牌中各翻一張牌，組成三組不同的行動組合，每組包含一個門牌號碼和一個對應行動，每位玩家從中選擇一個。你用門牌號碼按數字順序填入街道上的房屋。然後你執行行動來增加你建造的莊園的點數，或在遊戲結束時因建造公園和游泳池而得分。玩家也可以選擇執行行動來更改或複製他們的門牌號碼。而且每個人都在競賽，看誰先完成公共目標。在《Welcome To...》中有很多事情要做，也有很多途徑成為最好的郊區建築師！



由於行動是共同進行的，遊戲是同時進行的，因此支援大量玩家。憑藉多種不同的策略和完全隨機化的行動組合，每場遊戲都會有不同的感受！

Finally got this to the table with six people and it still moved fast, no downtime between turns. The dry-erase sheets wipe clean even after a couple weeks of play, which I was worried about. Playing solo with the AI pack works better than I expected too.

The game scales surprisingly well from 2 players all the way up to a large group, and the solo AI pack adds a nice challenge when I can't get anyone to the table. I do wish the box came with a bit more organized storage for all the expansion sheets.
